Our motto is “Everything’s better with butter”, so take it away! Any cooked, hot pasta or grain tossed in Medlee Butter gets better, but so do cooked, hot veggies – potatoes, green beans, cauliflower, bell peppers, corn on the cob, we could keep going, but you get the idea. We’re not above spreading these butters on boring bread too, or making a grilled cheese. And don’t forget the popcorn! Looking to jazz up some meat? We suggest the Red Chile butter for chicken, but it would also be great on a pork chop or steak. Just add a disc or two after they’ve finished cooking.
