If the weather’s nice, you’ll find us grilling asparagus and tossing it with this bright lemon herb butter. But for a year-round experience all you need is a skillet and a dash of water. Try not to eat it all before it makes it to the plate.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 bunch of trimmed asparagus, 2 Tablespoons of water and 4 discs of butter.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender about 8 to 10 minutes. Salt and add more butter if desired!
